Reservation and payment conditions

 

PAYMENT

The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total amount. Our prices include all taxes : tourist tax, bed linen, parking space. The balance has to be paid on the day of arrival.

Credit cards are not accepted, payment by bank transfer or cash.

ARRIVALS

Our desire is to welcome you in the best conditions. It is best to plan your arrival between 4pm and 10pm. A later or earlier arrival is possible by prior arrangement. Upon your arrival and after the performance, we will take care of a few formalities together : photocopy of your identity card or passport (if not already done at the time of booking), payment for the entire stay (cash or bank transfer), handing over the key of your studio.

DEPARTURE

On the last day we ask you to leave the studio at 12 p.m. at the latest.

 

CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER

Any cancellation must be communicated by email.

Cancellation before the start of the stay : If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit paid remains with the owner. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the start of the stay, the full amount is due immediately.

We ask you to inform us upfront about your arrival time. Without message nor personal show before 7pm on the day of arrival, the landlord reserves the right to give the accommodation to someone else. The deposit remains with the owner, who also reserves the right to claim the remaining sum of the stay. In case of interruption of the stay, no refund will be made.
