Yoga at Way Om - Come and find your balance
Start your day with 90 minutes of breathing exercises, physical postures, relaxation and meditation in a place of powerful energy, renowned for healing since antiquity, facing the immensity of the sea.
Group lessons will be held in small groups of 2-8 persons. Yoga was taught traditionally only like that. Mira will be able to take care of your special, adapted to your level.
